Summer '08 shows - Wes Speaks

It was a breakthrough summer for the Little Brother Band.  We played  some fantastic outdoor festivals and some AAAPIC shows at the Dublin Crossing in Langley (what a cool, Irish pub).

The Music in the Park festival in Kamloops was a wonderful experience for the band.  We played for well over a thousand people in the beautiful riverside park/amphitheatre.  The entire weekend was a positive experience beginning with a TV interview on The Midday Show in Kamloops.

Yesterday's Seafest in White Rock was a true pleasure for the band to be a part of.  We played on the Spirit stage nestled in the natural amphitheatre at Semiahmoo Park.  Being able to see a view of the ocean from the stage was a treat.  It was also great to play for such an attentive audience.  The crowd seemed to grow the longer we played.
