One of the concerns that is commonly brought to question is about Elmwood Place.  Many people fear things they don't know about, so we want to tell you a little bit about the community and what to expect from the neighborhood.

Elmwood Place is village right smack dab in the middle of the 275 loop of Cincinnati.  It's easy to get to and is a quite forgotten neighborhood.  Most of the locals there keep to themselves and those we've encountered are usually friendly.  It is a blue collar area with many industries around that employ a lot of it's inhabitants.  The Ivorydale plant of Procter & Gamble is exactly one mile south of Dirty Jack's.  It's not fancy, it's not in the middle of a Drees home community or out in the woods away from civilization, it is right in the heart of it and has become forgotten to most people who have even grown up in the 275 loop.

The population is under 3,000 and the .3 square miles of Elmwood Place is continuously monitored by the village police.  The police are very friendly and will help you with any questions or problems you may encounter.  They police a small area which helps keep crime and disturbances down.  They stay very visible and come quickly and in plenty if you call.
