Send us your ELECTRONIC press kit or link to your My Space page. Please ensure that your press kits include a sample of your ORIGINAL music, contact information, where your band is based out of, dates you are currently looking for, what your local draw is and a tour schedule. Paper press kits are 99% unlikely to be looked at. Easier for us, cheaper for you!

The booking email address is outrageousproductions@gmail.com. DO NOT CALL FOR BOOKING! All booking is done online. It is not done at the club or on the phone.

Give us two to three weeks to listen to your stuff. We get many booking requests a week, and we do listen to them all, but it takes time. Please follow up via e-mail if you have not heard back within this time frame. We're usually pretty snappy about things though, so fear not. You will probably have a response sooner than you think.

Currently there are two options for booking: WE ARE CURRENTLY BOOKING JANUARY WEEKENDS FOR OUT OF TOWN BANDS.  WE ARE BOOKED UP THROUGH DECEMBER FOR WEEKEND OUT OF TOWN DATES!  ALL WEEKENDS THROUGH DECEMBER ARE CLOSED FOR OUT OF TOWN BANDS. 

2. Book your own show! Sunday through Thursday we rent the club out for $100 to cover our production costs. You then become the promoter of the show that night. We will staff it and provide the sound engineer, door person and bartender, but you are responsible for booking the lineup and having a successful show. If a local lineup is not presented within 30 days of the show, the $100 will be due at that time via Paypal to outrageousproductions@gmail.com or we will need to open up the night to rebook.  If you fail to communicate with the bar regarding the lineup, do not send any promotional material as an indication that you are showing up within 30 days of the show, your show will automatically be canceled so that we will have time to possibly rebook that night.  This is a good option if you are trying to work a date into a tour schedule and maybe have some local friends that could help you build a bill and promote. It will also help get you in front of us sooner and maybe get you on a weekend date sooner. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $100 IF YOU DO NOT COVER IT AT THE DOOR AND/OR WITH THE 10% OF THE BAR. This is just how we keep the club open so you have a place to play next time you come to town.

Please God, please, do not asking about booking a tour package and please reconsider this option as a viable means for touring. It makes no sense and annoys bars.

Do not ask for a guarantee unless you have played here before and have proven that you can pull people out to our venue that will actually help cover the costs of having you at our club. Please make the cost reasonable. We are happy to give everyone an opportunity to play, but do not have a secret hidden stash of cash to simply provide gas money, just like you don’t have a hidden stash of friends in your trunk to help us pay our bills. If you earn the money, we will pay you with big grins on our faces. Pay is typically a split of the door after $100 and 10% of the bar sales that night.

Dirty Jack's is a destination bar. There is not a "natural" draw at the club because it is still fairly new and a lot of people are unfamiliar with the area. The answer to your question on "What is a typical Wednesday night crowd like?" is "It's whatever the bands bring." We are trying, but until we find a magical way to get people there, we need your help, so promotion is important and expected.
