If you are interested in a particular design or material not mentioned in the price lists, please contact us! We are happy to help customize your equipment to your personal preferences. Current wait times for orders placed today: (as of September 9, 2009. Dates are tentative pending the arrival of our first child in early December.) We're presently planning to resume production on new customer orders in early spring of 2010. We'll have more accurate estimates in early January once our baby lets us know how much shop time we really have.
Deposit, Payment & Shipping: We require a 10% deposit to get your order on the books. The deposit can be made via PayPal (bensonandcorneliuspipes@gmail.com), personal check, money order, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. The balance & shipping costs are due at the time of delivery. The balance should be paid by wire transfer, personal check, or money order. PayPal is not an economical way for us to accept the payment for the balance, but if you're willing to pay the transaction fees, we'll be happy to accommodate you. We prefer to ship via the US Postal Service. We have had excellent success with their Priority & Express mail services as regards price, delivery times & shipment safety. You are of course welcome to select the shipping company of your choice.  |
