Bill Meadors is one of Central Florida's finest guitarists. Bill has been playing guitar for over 30 years. He is a graduate of the Guitar Institute of Technology (GIT) in Hollywood, CA in 1983. There he studied guitar under the direction of some of the greatest guitarists of all time including Howard Roberts, Tommy Tedesco and Les Wise to name a few. Bill is competent in all styles of lead and rhythm guitar. "My favorite style is the blues" states Bill. From the aggressive attack of rock-n-roll, the soulful Motown rhythms, the twang of country, to the sensual purr of a ballad; you can hear that blues influence in almost everything Bill plays. Bill has been playing professionally in Central Florida for more than 20 years. In 1987, Bill joined "The Travelin' Band". By the mid 90's, Bill's band had evolved into "Travelin Lite".
In 2002, Bill asked keyboard/vocalist Tim Campbell to join the group. With the added talent of drummer Mike Bunch, Travelin Lite had evolved into a powerful trio.
