Watercolor Canvas Book
Using precut Watercolor Canvas from pads as pages the artist will explore wash and lettering techniques with this fun new surface. Covers are made from Canvas boards and pages glued with an easy binding

Personal Iconograph
Pictures, letters and memories captured in a fabric Journal. Lettering on Fabric, canvas and muslin will be combined with wash techniques, collage elements and photos transferred to fabric to create a memory journal to illuminate our past.

Funky Fressh
Letters for Post modern Journalers. Taking cues from current street culture and new pens and tools the artist will create innovative letters and develop a personal style to use in their journals.

Goddess Wear
The Goddess in us deserves and craves adornment. The clothing we wear is a perfect opportunity to express ourselves. In this class we will explore lettering and collage on all manner of clothing and shoes using parallel and Zig permanent pens

Lost and Found
Reclamation of the Artistic Life through fabric, Collage and Letterforms
By exploring our artist life we will find out why we sometimes stop before we begin. Wild raucous play creating with fabric, collage and letters will ensue in this workshop. We’ll use personal text and various tools on fabric -combining them into a very personal work

Fun with Versals
This class is a fun, casual approach to Versals-or fancy Roman capitals. This versatile style can be used most anywhere and it is easily learned. We’ll deconstruct the originals and play with new tools to develop a personal set of letters that are great for Titles, initials and even text.
Lettering on Fabric.
 Using dip style pens and markers the artist will learn to letter on canvas, muslin and other fabrics

Memory Memento.
 In this workshop participants will engage in some family archeology. Learn to letter on fabric, transfer your family photos to fabric , and add mementos to create lasting memories.

Watercolor Flowers-
 Using simple brush strokes and watercolors the artist wll create beautiful flowers to accompany their letters. Anyone can do this type of watercolors

Fabric Journal-
Construct a book of memories and photos transferred to fabric.The artist will learn to letter on fabric and design a one of a kind structure for the safekeeping of treasures.

Hand Lettered Small Art Quilt-
Learn to letter on fabric and combine this into a mixed media quilt ready for hanging

The Ubiquitous Heart-
 Create a quilted heart with words of love covering it. You’ll learn fun easy lettering and wash techniques  and combine with stitchery and fabric

Charming Chaos-
Free Form Intuitive creation will give the artist spontaneous results. We’ll explore fun fast surface techniques to make many paper and fabric surfaces ready for collage or sewing. We’ll explore paints, resists and foils

Altered Correspondence
 Beyond the keyboard there is this magical land of sending and receiving incredible artworks through the mail.Learn cool capitals for  addressing!
